Thousands of cats, dogs and other pets are homeless in the United States and Canada today. They are left to fend for themselves in our streets because of the unbelievable excuses of irresponsibility pet owners and breeders have left behind for us - the responsible pet owners - to clean up. Sadly, of the more than 10,000,000 unwanted cats and dogs brought to animal shelters each year, most must be euthanized after waiting as little as a period of seven days (to make room for new arrivals). Less than one in twelve of these unfortunate creatures are adopted into a new home. Every kitten or puppy born makes another homeless kitten or puppy not have a home.
