I don't have a PayPal account. Do you accept another method of payment?

Yes. We accept money orders and cashiers checks only. This in return will delay your shipment due to having to mail the payment. Contact us to recieve our mailing address. However, you do not have to be a member of PayPal to pay by credit card. Their secure server will accept guest payments.

Do you make any labels other than the sizes you have listed?

No. These are the only sizes we offer. Check back often as we may add more sizes and products in the future.

What can I use to remove my old labels?

We use Goo Gone to remove old paperbacked labels. Depending on how long the label was on the machine, it will leave a slight haze. Our 2½ x 3½ size will cover that haze on triples.

Do you have adhesive labels?

Yes. We are now offering adhesive backed labels. These are great for product changes. They will not leave any residue when removed and are durable.

What is the best way to place the labels on the machine?

Double sided tape is what we suggest. A small piece on each corner of the label will hold it in place. If you are placing them on the inside of the globe, the doublesided tape is virtually invisible. Place the tape on wax paper to prevent fingerprints and cut them in small pieces. Attatch the pieces to the face of the label and when you are ready to mount the label, simply remove the wax paper. Some vendors prefer to just let the product hold them in place on the inside of the globe.
